Privacy policy

Neweb Network is an independent network of websites run by its two co-founders, Matthieu Chatel and Thomas Jeantet. This page explains what data we process, why, and how to exercise your rights.
1. This website (newebnetwork.com)
- No account, no form, no advertising and no third-party analytics.
- Only your theme preference (light or dark) is stored in your browser; it is never sent to us.
- The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which may keep technical logs (IP address, date) for security and reliability.
2. Our internal management tool
We use a private administration tool, restricted to the two co-founders, to manage our own websites (statistics, revenue, updates). With the explicit consent of the Google account holder, it accesses through Google APIs:
- Google Search Console, read-only: search performance of our websites;
- Google AdSense, read-only: revenue and advertising metrics of our websites;
- Google Site Verification: adding our own domains to Search Console.
This data relates only to our own websites and accounts. It is stored in our infrastructure (Cloudflare) with a backup copy on our Google Drive, is used solely to manage our websites, and is never sold, shared, used for advertising, or used to train artificial intelligence models.
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Access can be revoked at any time from your Google account permissions.
3. Retention
Data is kept as long as it is useful for managing our websites, then deleted, or upon request.
4. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you may request access to, correction or deletion of data about you, or object to its processing, by writing to contact@newebnetwork.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (French data protection authority).
